Disability Premium

Hi I don't get any Disability Premium but I have PIP Daily living, universal credit Limited capability for Work and Work Related Activity and housing benefit, should i be entitled to this?

    There is no disability premium in UC. 
    You say you are getting HB - do you mean the housing element as part of your UC?

    Yeah I get the housing element with UC

    Would I not get disability premium through having PIP?

    No. There are no premiums in PIP.
    Disability premium relates to old benefits that have been replaced by UC.

    which says they are only payable on the old legacy benefits.
