Fed up of news articles about PIP

Anybody else getting annoyed with these newspaper editorials about:
The top health conditions that get you PIP.
You could get £5000 payout by claiming PIP.
I find these articles misleading implying if you have a disability you are guaranteed an award, the funniest one was saying you could get PIP for indigestion and heartburn and even period pain. I wonder how many people claim based on these articles?

They infuriate me - they always imply in the headline that PIP is awarded based on diagnosis/condition. They are thoroughly misleading and irresponsible,1

I second that!1

Yes I see them often when using my phone. It does make me wonder how many people actually start a claim because of those articles. Very annoying!!2

PIP aside, I find the Attendance Allowance one the same where they say that if you have arthritis you can claim the benefit.
What happened to the requirement of showing what help is needed instead?
As for PIP/DLA I must have missed out on a fortune of unclaimed benefits if it was based on a diagnosis 30+ years maybe!0
