Is this regarding a work capability assessment? Is it for New style ESA? Were you found fit for work?1

Yes I had an assessment with a nurse and the report doesn’t add up to the coversation.0

MrsBear said:the report doesn’t add up to the coversation.I wouldn't expect it to because the assessment isn't there for them to write what you said word for word. It's for them to gather more evidence to support your claim and they then write the report which is their opinion based on everything you said in the form, any extra evidence you sent and what you said during the assessment.First you need to have a look at the descriptors for Support Group to see if any of them apply to you (only one needs to apply) You can see them here. https://www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/employment-and-support-allowance/esa-glossary/support-group-descriptors If you think at one applies then you'll need to state which one and your reasons why. You have 1 month from the date of the decision to request the Mandatory Reconsideration. (MR)If you've already done the MR and had a decision you can proceed to Tribunal.0

@MrsBear Hello and welcome to our online community, how are you doing?
Just checking in to see how you got on with this, did you submit a mandatory reconsideration (MR)? Please let us know how you're doing and we'd be happy to help in any way we can
