My son has been awarded PIP. When will it be backdated to?

Hi my son has been awarded pip as he is now 16 both components enhanced he did not get this on dla will we get the difference backdated from when we made the Pip claim in January

If you didn't return the forms until January 2023 then that's an extremely quick decision. You will recieve a final DLA payment and then the PIP starts after that.
