wouldn't go by our Asda it's rubbish ha ha - Sister went to morrisons in the week and she was okay x
I went to Morrisons today no problems there.
yep it's amaizing isn't it our local Morrisons is a smaller one, i like to get my meat from there, but needed to go to Asda today, haven't got the time or energy at the moment to go to other shops ha ha, luckerly got plenty of frozen veg in my freezer, so will just ajust foods - his lordship gets the fruit from an independant veggie shop, but there a bit more expensive then Asda's ha ha can't win but we will all survive xx

All prices have gone bonkers.  I like orange juice with bits from Aldi ... it's gone up 50p in less than 6 months.  Is it going to get worse before it gets better, or will they keep prices high even if production costs drop ?  More profit.  Maybe I'm cynical

My day is rubbish ... go to an appointment expecting to start EMDR in earnest ... only to be told I've got too many stressors going on and it could be more harmful than beneficial ... wait 3 weeks.
I don't think I've cried in disappointment before - it is what it is I guess.  Unlike some I'm at least having appointments/help

A bottle of sunflower oil lasts ages @SueHeath.

In fact it lasts so long that when it runs out I keep forgetting to buy more.

Oh wow. I'm sorry, I don't have it but it must have been terrible especially as a kid! I hope it's under control now? x

It is thanks @JoOfVengerberg I grew out of it in my teens.

I still have to be careful with things like washing up liquid and perfume though.

Evening @JoOfVengerberg I am sorry you are sad. How are your studies going? Take care.
Thanks Teddy <3 They're going well, slow but steady progress is being made :) I am just ruminating. It's a bad habit but I am lucky I don't feel suicidal ideation anymore. That was really common last year for me and really scary. These days I think it is just feeling a bit lonely. Thankfully I can go out tomorrow if I want to and be around people for a little bit. In the meantime I will get warm and have a good sleep. I have been sleeping well lately at least! <3
