Still not heard from PIP should I be worried

My claim finishes in May. They sent me the reclaim forms last year and they received them in october. In all that time i have only heard off them twice. Once was to say they have received my forms, and at the beginnin of january to say they are still dealing with my claim.

I don't want to phone them but I am concerned at the lack of communication

    There are huge delays with review decisions so there's nothing to worry about. Your existing award will continue until a decision is made on your review.

    Thank you. Hopefully when it is my time it will be over the phone as i have seriously problems with face to face and don't like using that video thing
