waiting for PIP decision

hello I am warton and I am 50 man , I am currently waiting for spinal surgery I have 3 prolapse discs in my neck.I applied for pip on the 29th Nov 2022 and am now waiting on the decision which I had a text on the 13th February.

A decision can take up to about 12 weeks once the assessment report was returned.

We wish you all the best for a deserved outcome to your PIP claim, how did you feel the assessment went?

hi , got my decision today and got a score of 6 and 4 for mobility, I am going to ask for a mandatory reconsideration.0

You should put your MR request in writing stating where and why you think you should have scored those points.The most likely outcome will be the decision remains the same. If this happens you can proceed to Tribunal. https://www.gov.uk/mandatory-reconsideration

Have made contact with dwp and done the mandatory reconsideration, will just have to wait now.0

Did you put the request in writing? If not then i'd advise you to do this stating where and why you think you should have scored those points. Giving a couple of real world incidents of exactly what happened the last time you attempted each descriptor that applies to you.
