Hi, my name is AliO1965! Repeated calls with PIP Assessment

Last Wednesday I had my PIP assessment and was on the phone for over 2 hours.  The same person called me back the following afternoon to ask some of the same questions.  Then the following Monday out of the blue, the same person rang to ask me the same question yet again.  As I suffer from anxiety I was thrown into panic. Is this a normal practice?

    I'm so sorry they sparked your anxiety into a panic, that is not fair. I am unsure if it is normal practice to call and ask the same questions each time, unless they felt they needed more explanation?
