PTSD and work
Hello I'm wondering if anyone has experience of work not follow Occupational Health advice? I've submitted a grievance but they've said they won't consider all of my grievance including a recommendation from OH that would enable me to be in work. They also won't allow Access to Work support I've been offered. I've been advised it is very likely my PTSD would be considered a disability.
