I am so confused by all these changes can someone please tell me what will happen with LCWRA ? What are the changes going to be and what do we have to do with the changes???

The changes aren't even going to start to happen until at least 2026/27 and potentially as late as 2029. Certianly not something to worry about at this time. Not only that, we don't have enough of detail for anyone to be able to tell you what "may" happen.
