Does anyone know the waiting times for a PIP paper tribunal?

I believe it is up to 6 months, but we have had people waiting longer as there is a backlog.2

We don't often get any timescales from members for paper based hearings because they have a very low success rate at between 5-8%. For this reason i'd advise you to either request a telephone, video call or face to face because for either of those there's about 70% success rate.
