morning everyone
I am on standard pip rates, since then my situation has changed with this i applied last year may, i phoned so many times in the end it was in December when it was decided, i was not entitled so know i am in the appeal stage, all my recent letters been sent, is this normal the length of time? It be a year soon.
Are do you think i should go down the complaints route

It seems perfectly normal to me. If it's Tribunal stage you're at then it can often take as long as 1 year for a hearing date. Have you opted to either appear in person or have a telephone/video hearing?
