Good evening everyone,  I'm am new to the group 😀  I have bn awarded pip 2 weeks ago but not yet received any bk payment as I've rang dwp and bn told bk dated money have bn passed over to debt management but I rang debt management and they haven't received payment yet. Does anyone have any idea how long this will take. Many thanks 😊

    You will not be paid anything owed until Debt Management has received their money, has they haven't yet, it could be awhile, I've heard of people waiting up to 3 months to recieve any money owed. It could be anytime from a few days to a few months unfortunately. My sister was waiting 2 months.

    It is so stressful all the waiting not being kept in the loop or not being giving a time scale. It's my 1st award for pip already been over 6 months from start to now. Stressful as such.

    Yeah claiming PIP is stressful anyway, making you wait a long time for any backpay is totally unacceptable but a common occurance unfortunately.
