turned down for pip

i applied for pip as i have stage 3 copd, angina and high blood preasure i also suffer from n.e.a.d ( non epliptic attack disorder ) i have been turned down, i appealed against it but again turned down, i dont leave my flat as i can only just manage to walk to the toilet which is less than 3 metres i,m on numourus meications how can i go about this

    When you say you appealed do you mean the Mandatory Reconsideration or Tribunal? 
    If it was the MR and were refused then you can request the Tribunal.

    ive not done the mandatory one yet im going to though
