Hello, I got awarded pip about 16 days ago and I phoned up to make sure they pip people actioned it and they said on wednesday that the manager person has actioned it with the full backpay and now its a matter of the bank processing it, and he said expecrt it by start of next week (april 3rd/4th ish) Does anyone else have any experience with this and know if what the man said on the phone is correct?
