Hi
Is it legal to hire family members to be PA for my adult daughter. No-one wants the job and it requires lots of intimate and exhausting care...
My son is (about to be 18) looking for a part time job and I would like to hire him and pay him from my daughters Care package (direct payments) granted by the council and so does she!
cheers

You will need to speak to your local Authority about this. Some will allow and others will refuse.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
