What date exactly did you report your health condition/send your first fit note?

3 years is a very long time to be waiting for an assessment. Was this your first assessment?

The waiting period is 3 full assessment periods starting from when you first reported your health condition/sent first fit note and it's then paid from the 4th month. It's not paid at all during the waiting period.

I'm afraid i can't help you without knowing the exact date you reported your health condition/sent your first fit note.
If you have access to a journal then you can look back through there and it should tell you those dates.

That’s such a long time to wait for an assessment. You said this is the first time you’ve been found to have LCWRA.
Was this your first ever assessment or did you have one prior to this? If so what was the decision on that please?

That means it will be either Feb or March 2019 that money is owed from. Please note that the advice i've given is based on the information you gave.

Yes the job centre  say I am not due anything.  It should say it in the letter I got after my dession.   A said my letter says. In most cases. We will pay you 3 months  after you handed sick notes in.  So I thort I was due sum money. They are not giving  me the info ever time I ask sumthing. We're could I get the help I need.
    The citizens advice? Poppy123456

The decision letters have never given any information about any money that maybe owed. They are always just basic letters.
Put a message on your journal under the payment section and enquire about the money that's owed to you. Tell them the date you sent your first fit note and also remind them that the waiting period is 3 full assessment periods from the date you reported your health condition/sent your first fit note.

I wouldn't take the job centres word for it! You should request the MR, which you can do on your journal. (not at your local Job centre)

A MR if they can send one out. I am going to see the citizens  advice  for help with benefits  on Friday. See wot they say about the situation

You don't need to ask if they can send the MR out. You just need to request it on your journal, tell them what i advised here.

Put a message on your journal under the payment section and enquire about the money that's owed to you. Tell them the date you sent your first fit note and also remind them that the waiting period is 3 full assessment periods from the date you reported your health condition/sent your first fit note.
Can i just ask if you're 100% sure that this was your first work capability assessment and you weren't previously found fit for work or LCW? The length of time you were sending fit notes seems like a very long time.
