Been on pip for 5 years and esa due to a condition called cmt which gets worse with time .
Know they've taken pip away on now left with esa also my bus pass which has given my independence back ..I've not received my pip letter yet but is going to appeal...
Any one else had a Successful appeal?

The first step to appeal is the Mandatory Reconsideration. (MR) Only about 23% of those decisions change, so you'll likely need to take it to Tribunal. For Tribunal if you either appear in person or have a telephone/video hearing the chance of success is 73%.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
