It's an automated message sent to everyone. Timescales from when the report was returned is between 2-12 weeks.0 -

The texts were never sent back in 2016. The idea behind them was to try to stop people ringing for updates and to try to help with the anxiety with all the waiting. It didn't work because people still ring and get anxious, perfectly understandable.I feel the same stress and anxiety, despite my knowledge. For me though it's double whammy because i have my daughters PIP and work capability assessments to deal with too.
I claim ESA too and for me i always find ESA reviews worse than the PIP ones.

I am so glad to come onto the forum and see how members can help each other, be able to vent and hopefully start to rid some of that anxiety over the whole process!

Fit notes can now be certified either by doctors, nurses, occupational therapists, pharmacists and physiotherapists.There's people claiming WTC that have already been invited to apply for UC and they have 3 months to do so.

I received the message saying they haven't made a decision and said I would receive a letter towards end of the month. I highly doubt I have got it with only 4 days to go and no text0

Decisions can take anything up 12 weeks once the assessment report was returned. You may also receive a letter with exactly the same on it as the text.Who advised you that you will receive the decision by the end of the month?0

Called PIP I havent been awarded. Just waiting to received the letter to see whoso I can appeal.
I am going to get a copy of the assessment to see how much they have lied. I struggle with: anorexia, severe depression, fibromyalgia and 3 bulges in my spine causing tremendous pain. I will most certainly be asking for another assessment. 0 -

You don't need the assessment report to request the MR because all this causes is a distraction to what you should concentrate on. Concentrating wholly on the report isn't going to get you a PIP award.For the MR you should put it in writing stating where and why you think you should have scored those points. Include a couple of real world examples of exactly what happened the last time you attempted each descriptor that applies to you.Include detailed information such as where you were, what exactly happened, did anyone see it and what the consequences were.1

The majority of decisions remain the same, only 23% of decisions change in your favour. Much more successful at Tribunal stage at about 73%. Provided you don’t request a paper based hearing.0
