Using different wording for MR and Tribunal?

Hi guys, I hope this makes sense!
If I have written why I disagree with the decision giving examples in the MR, can I add other things that I have just remembered for the Tribunal? Eg more details? ....I'm assuming that being more comprehensive in the Tribunal statement is what tends to happen? 
Ie ask them to reconsider from another angle?
I hope that I made sense  :)

    You can give further evidence at anytime providing it refers to how your conditions were at the time the assessment was completed. They will not take into consideration any worsening of condition.

    There's no specific wording you need to use. If you haven't already given real world examples then you should concentrate on this for your submission.

    Also what if I didn't mention that I disagree with 1 activity/decision in the MR but think maybe it might apply to me can I mention to the tribunal to look at that activity?

    It doesn't matter if you didn't mention that at MR stage. You just do this for the Tribunal and do the same for every other descriptor you think applies to you and why.
