I sent a letter off first class signed for on the 12th and it's still not got a signature for it yet it just says accepted at the post office but doesnt say it was delivered yet, is this normal? I would of thought it only take a few days to get the PIP building.. could it be possible its lost or is this a usual time to be waiting?

The 12th was just before the Easter weekend with two bank holidays as well as more items being posted, so deliveries will be a few days slower than normal.
I'd check tracking again Wednesday afternoon personally. If it still hasn't been signed for by then, consider it lost and contact PIP if it was a time critical letter.
Also worth noting that items are signed for by the postman, it takes another few days (or even weeks!) before items get read and uploaded to the PIP system.0 -
This ^^ which is why sending anything signed for delivery to DWP is often a waste of money. Better off getting proof of posting, which is free from any post office. All you need is proof it was sent, not proof it was delivered.OverlyAnxious said:
