Mandatory reconsideration- additional info submission

Hi, I sent off my letter for mandatory reconsideration last week to make sure it was received before the deadline.
As well as needing full knee replacement and oestoarthritis in both legs, I have depression, anxiety and ptsd from DV and my counselling service that I speak to regularly have now written a letter in support of my application.
Can I upload the document or do I need to post it to the address where my MR went ? I’m not sure which or is it both ?
Thanks in advance for replies.

The success rate for tribunal is over 70 per cent I’m fully expecting to go down that route. I was awarded 6 points daily and 4 mobility initially .. so hoping for a better outcome at my tribunal xkay14 said:My MR decision came back same they don’t listen and change everything you say , hope it’s a better out come for you x0 -

Do you know if the tribunal use the same points system or do they go on your situation individually because there points system doesn’t cover every thing it’s obviously Not working ? X0

Yes the PIP descriptors still apply at Tribunal but they will apply the law correctly.0
