is Agrablock wheelchair friendly?

i need to put a driveway in for level access for my daughter who will e using a powered wheelchair and the architect's suggesting this Agrablock with gravel infill. sounds dodgy to me, does anyone have any experience of it?

I've seen this in use for turning a lawn into car parking space but I can't imagine it making a very comfortable ride for a wheelchair user. Your architect is obviously trying to be environmently friendly by allowing rain to percolate into the soil but I would have thought brick pavers would be more acceptable to a wheelchair user. Keep gravel well away from wheelchairs; Even though the agrablock will stop the powerchair digging itself into the gravel the tyres will still pick up loose gravel in the treads and carry it into the house never mind what damage the gravel might do to the tires
