Are all telephone assessments recorded?

Do the assessors record phone assessments and can we get a copy of the recording?

    No, they are not automatically recorded. If you want it to be recorded you need to ask them. You will also receive a copy for yourself. 

    You can also record it yourself using any device such as a phone. You should tell them that you’re recording it by contacting them before the assessment.
