Disability Leave
I am currently off work. It is down as sickness absence but the reason I am off is due to my treatment at work after disclosing my PTSD. Also failure to make reasonable adjustments. They have now said they will do these but I'm still waiting (it's been 5 months). What rights do I have with pay? As I am not sick but feel unsafe to be in work until adjustments are made and am losing pay because of the unnecessary delays with this.

Hello @KRS17, sorry to hear you're having such a bad time at work of late. Have you spoken to Equality Advisory and Support Service or ACAS?
