Cancelled video work capability assessment?

Hi I was supposed to have a video assessment next Thursday for lcwra but yesterday I received a letter stating the appointment had been cancelled and when I phoned them they said it has already been sent to a decision maker at universal credit. Why is this

Sounds like to me that you've had a paper based assessment. These are rare but possible and they do them when they have enough of information to write the report without the need for any assessment. I can only see this as a good thing. Now the report has been returned it can take up to about 12 weeks for a decision. Though some people have decisions quite quickly if you have access to a journal.

Thanks for your reply. I did send in letters from my consultant and prescriptions as evidence.0
