Requested my report from my telephone assessment

I called to request a report of my telephone assessment and received it today I am shocked at how different this reads to how my assessment went. She has massively played down my conditions and I feel like utter **** reading it. She’s marked me A for absolutely everything and also the report is full of spelling mistakes and errors. I will be phoning them shortly to let them know I’m not happy a telephone assessment is a big joke.
Any tips would be appreciated
I’ve suffered for 10 years with my mental health and over 6 with ptsd they don’t give a toss. Because I can make a sandwich I deserve no help.

The report is a recommendation only, whilst they mostly go with it, it has been known for them to go against. This is one reason why I wouldn’t advise requesting a copy. You can ring PIP to ask for a decision maker to ring you before making a decision. It’s not guaranteed but it’s worth a try.Once a decision is made if you’re not happy you can request the Mandatory Reconsideration. (MR)1
