Hi all,
I recently applied and had my assessment and want to request my report however getting hold of DWP is a nightmare. Does anyone have any ideas as to when the best time to call DWP is from experience?

Usually as soon as they open at 9am. There's been a lot of threads in the past few months with members saying exactly the same.

Hello @chloelf97
Welcome to the community! We have had many people express issues over getting through to the DWP. The best advice being given is to call at 9am on the dot and you have a better chance of getting through.

Thank you @poppy123456 and @Hannah_Scope! I will try tomorrow. This whole process is frustrating and hard but not being able to get through makes it 100% worst0

Ah that's good @chloelf97 I'm glad you got through. Remember the report is only a recommendation to the decision maker, who will also be looking at your form, and any other evidence you've sent in2
