Universal credit telephone assessment

hi guys,just need a bit of advice,I have my uc phone assessment tomorrow 24/05/23 I’m anxious to know about it iv had pip ones before but this is my first for uc,my background is depression,anxiety and panic disorder my doctor has recently diagnosed me with agoraphobia I can rarely go out I find it difficult to go to places I even know with or without someone,any help and advice would be appreciated.

I'm wishing you all the best for your assessment tomorrow. I've never had a telephone assessment so hopefully someone can provide more details than me. You can have someone with you if you feel anxious. I know it is easier said than done, but try to stay calm. For me, I find it hard to remember dates, so I would write those key dates down just in case they ask.

Had my assessment today think it went well was only on phone for 18 minutes very quick just asked me about my medication and how long I ain’t left the flat for and who helps me and how much0
