Renewel assessment

Hi all 
I’m anxious about my pip renewel assessment on the phone in a couple of weeks. 

I sent in quite a bit of evidence but I mainly wrote no change on the form, just explaining briefly  that i still needed help with things i struggle with. 

I have since had a MH assessment and a letter explaining my issues in more detail. My GP has also changed/ increased my medication. 

Do I tell this to the assessor… will I get the chance to add these things in the assessment  along with waiting for appointments for an adult social care assessment and counselling? 

Your help would be very much appreciated

  I wouldn’t advise anyone to just put no change. You should treat all claims as a new claim. 

  
  

  Yes you should explain everything during the assessment. Avoid answering any questions with just a yes or no.
