How would taking my private pension impact our benefits?

I am 61 and thinking about taking my private pension my husband already gets his but it’s taken off his esa is this correct they told me when I rang them that it’s both contributions and income based also he is disabled and in support group

A pension weekly/monthly income will reduce any Income Related ESA £1 for £1. For contributions based ESA pensions of up to £85/week are ignored. There's a 50p/week deduction for every £1 over this amount.If part of his ESA is Income Related then there must be an amount included for you so your pension will reduce this £1 for £1.If he's receiving more than £129.50/week then at least part of it will definitely be Income Related. For this reason i don't see any point in taking a weekly/monthly income from it.0

Hi my husband was getting £235.20 esa every 2 weeks since April it’s gone to £259 every 2 weeks his private pension is £207.45 every calendar month and I get carers for a disabled daughter is this right0
