I receive pip now standard cares high mobility my question is I been to I got prostate cancer should I tell dwp of my change in health

You will only need to do this if your life expectancy is 12 months or less. If it is then you can ask either your GP, Doctor or Consultant for the SR1 form (previously known as the DS1500).
