Attendance Allowance for hearing loss

Hello everyone,
My father of 75 years old have hearing loss, can he claim Attendance Allowance based on that? Otherwise he is more or less ok but with heart failure, pre diabetes, acute back pain but can walk and sit.

AA isn’t about a diagnosis. It’s awarded based on the care/help you need during the day and/or night. Even if you don’t actually receive that help. https://www.ageuk.org.uk/information-advice/money-legal/benefits-entitlements/attendance-allowance/1
