Hi could anyone help in answering a question plz pip sent a letter saying they extended my pip for 12mth but my review is still with a case worker and I could hear before has anybody else had this also I rang them up to say I've further evidence of my condition getting worse to be told I need to make a new claim im really confused can anyone please help me thank you.

Yes, they are extending awards because the backlogs with review decisions. You can send more evidence at anytime because you're still in the process of waiting for a review decision.1
