Hi could anyone help in answering a question plz pip sent a letter saying they extended my pip for 12mth but my review is still with a case worker and I could hear before has anybody else had this also I rang them up to say I've further evidence of my condition getting worse to be told I need to make a new claim im really confused can anyone please help me thank you.

Yes, they are extending awards because the backlogs with review decisions. Your award will continue anyway until a decision is made on your review.

You can send more evidence at anytime because you're still in the process of waiting for a review decision.1 -
