Hi, Sorry to bother you,  I have had my telephone assessment then received a message to say they had all the information,  I then received a 2nd message saying they hadn't made a decision,  4 days later I received the same 1st message again? I don't understand what is happening,  I can't phone them I really struggle to speak to people and my anxiety is through the roof,  sorry if this has already been asked

    It's just a duplicate text and nothing to worry about. Once a decision is made you will be contacted. Decisions can take up to about 12 weeks after the assessment report was returned to DWP.
