Discrimination
I have worked from home since the start of covid, I have a new managment team now.
My work place operates blended working where we only go into the office once or twice a month. I am disabled and when I started working from home all my specialised equipment was sent to my house. I have had a few surgery's since working from home. So I have never been back in the office sincethe blended working started in October last year this was never an issue until the last two weeks. The new management are saying I now need to come into the office twice per month, I am happy to do so however. They are refusing to support by supplying me with the reasonable adjustments to allow me to work in the office. I have been told that if I can't use the normal office equipment that everyone else use then I have to return to office based working full-time and bring all my adjusted equipment back to the office as they won't supply this for both would this be classed as discrimination.
