If you appeal lcw at a tribunal and try to get lcwra can the tribunal take away your lcw completely if they don’t agree and decide your fit for work

They can. The tribunal makes a new decision and must make up its own mind. However it would be unlikely to have your award reduced by a tribunal.Richteachouxsnack said:If you appeal lcw at a tribunal and try to get lcwra can the tribunal take away your lcw completely if they don’t agree and decide your fit for work0 -
Been waiting two months for the DWP to send the bundle but still no sign . They say it’s no longer in their hands and they have sent it but the courts and tribunals service have received nothing. Wondering if they will lapse this as nobody seems to know the time limits for the DWP response0

HMCTS will request these again from DWP, your appeal can still go ahead without a bundle though. Appeal lapsing is rare and only really happens if DWP know they will loose or have made a mistake.Richteachouxsnack said:Been waiting two months for the DWP to send the bundle but still no sign .
