How to contact PIP to inform them of a change in circumstances?

It isn't possible to contact PIP by phone on 08001214433 which is the number provided by the DWP online. You will wait until the number disconnects or until the office closes for the day. I can't find their email address but have located their geographical address in London at Caxton House Tothill Street, London SW1H 9NA, so I will go there and just bang on the door. The nearest station is St. James Park and the DWP office is a few minutes away.

Hello @doggydoggy I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble getting in contact with the DWP, what was it you wanted to talk to them about?
Can we help with anything at all?0 -
Not sure if this is a joke or not. It would be a lot easier to try ringing as soon as they open at 9am as this is usually the best time to ring.Is this for a change of circumstances for a worsening of condition?1
