I have a history of mental health, particularly anxiety, and agoraphobia. Although I can travel to specific places on my own, can I still get support for long distances which I struggle to get to?

It could potentially be unfamiliar journey, 1D for 10 points. Whether this is possible will depend on the reasons why you can't complete this activitiy regularly and reliably. Some information here. https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/personal-independence-payment-assessment-guide-for-assessment-providers/pip-assessment-guide-part-2-the-assessment-criteria#mobility-activities

Thank you. I am apprehensive about applying because my mental health is complex, and the PIP form is confusing and overwhelming. I thought of applying gives me anxiety.0
