Anyone else’s decision letter MIA?

So I’m just under a week into the waiting game for my pip decision letter Take 3 (1st decision letter got ‘lost’ so 10 working days/a fortnight after the text saying the letters been sent, had to request a resending of the letter………another fortnight later and we are halfway on take 3)
The dwp are trying to claim its royal mails fault (which is funny as all my other red van mail is making good time and all other dwp post in the past year has found itself to the right address) but I’m wondering if the dwp mail room has gotten a tad careless and it’s not even made it’s way out of the building
i have an idea of the decision but the dwp are refusing to give any details over the phone such as award length/recommended review date, point spread, etc………..(and for some reason emailing a pdf copy can’t be done) so it’s kind of impossible to draw a line under this whole thing without the official letter in front of me as official confirmation.
Anyone else's decision letter missing in action?

Yes, there has been a lot of mail similar to yours lately. I'm not sure what can be done in your case other than waiting for another week or so but they definitely can tell you the decision over the phone.0
