Hi All
I am due to have my PIP assessment tomorrow. It was originally booked as a video call due to my hearing loss so I can lip read - however IAS called just now and said it will now be a phone call. They said the next video wasn’t available until August. I have decided to go ahead with tomorrow’s appointment but now I am concerned I will not be able to hear the person correctly. Any advice?

If you have any concerns then you should cancel it and rebook either a face to face or video.

@faraway_21Can I ask, do you have a textphone? You may be able to get support through Relay UK.
GOV UK also have a webpage about getting help with benefits if you have accessibility needs.0
