    Hi ,I want to apply for free road tax the very first time ,dont know where to start ,I just had my letter with all the information but that does count as a Certificate of Entitlement as somewhere else mentioned, I am lost right now ,thanks

    For free road tax you must be in receipt of either high rate mobility DLA, Enhanced mobility PIP or Enhanced mobility ADP. You will need the certificate of entitlement for this and will need to ring the department that pays your benefit.
