Swimming for blind

Hi

I've not been swimming since losing my sight,  how do sight impaired people get around the changing rooms to pool etc., are there any special sessions ?

    There is this great website called British Blind Sport who have information on different sports for those with sight problems. They say, reaching out to your local swimming baths and see what adaptations they can make, they'll be able to do a walk through of where everything is and it may be worth taking a friend with you the first few times. They also could pair you with someone a guide or "tapper". So when you are swimming lengths they'll tap you to say you are near the end of the lane.
