Pléased to méet you all. I am looking for advice on PIP, after winning my claim at tribunal it was awarded till end of September 23 for PTSD, anxiety and depression also for a essential tremor. Having had a recent video assessment for renewal it has been refused so have applied for mandatory reconsideration again but I don't understand why they have cancelled the tribunals decision and my payments from June after the video assessment. Can they legally do this and go against a tribunal decision.?
