Will I lose my PIP and other benefits if I get married ???

hello all 
I need some help and advice 
I'm sort of panicking Cos I don’t want to lose my PIP and other benefits I get as
this is the only income I get , however I’m due to
get married at the end of next month , if I was to get married will I lose all my benefits and PIP if I get married   And Also I will be moving into my parents flat which he pays for himself  , I’m really confused to know where I stand in this situation and I can’t afford to lose my benefits  I want to get married but this is the only thing that stopping me in doing . Please someone help ???

    Getting married isn’t a change of circumstances that needs be reported. 

    Living with a partner is a change of circumstances that needs to be reported. Your PIP won’t be affected. 

    What other benefits are you currently claiming exactly? 

    Can I ask what you mean by this?

    Do you mean you’ll be living with your parents? Does you partner work or claim any benefits their self?
