Looking for some advice please. I took my pip application through to first tier tribunal received a text Monday thus week to say the final decision been made. Received letter today (Thursday) stating my appeal was refused but then goes on to say I am entitled to 8 points daily living and there fore qualify ? I’m so confused as if my appeal was refused how do I qualify?

Hi yes I called them this morning and they advised I call the court which I did and they too couldn’t make any sense of it they asked me to send through by email asking court to correct it so it’s just another waiting game now can take up to 6 more weeks and still non the wiser whether I been awarded or not0

Oh how frustrating! I'm so sorry you have another up to 6 week wait. I hope we can be some support for you here and keep your mind of it all!0

Thankyou so stressful . I’m really praying that the award goes in my favour ut seems so unfair to have it written in black and white that I qualify and even states the dates I qualify too and from to then be told it has to go back0

I'll keep everything crossed that it goes in your favour!
