How is LCWRA status affected if you do still actually work (a bit)?

Hello,
I'm LCW but I still work from home part-time (freelance and side hustles). My earnings are very small and don't currently affect my UC. (not over £379). I do get LHA housing element and will soon be moving to social housing where all of my rent will be paid.
A few months ago I got a fit note from my GP as even the small ad-hoc jobs I was getting were becoming very difficult to do. I've had fit notes since then and have "applied" to LCWRA.
My question is, if you are LCWRA can you still work or are you negating your claim that you can't.
Could DWP say, well you can't work but you are working so, therefore, you are capable of work and work related activities. it seems a bit of a dumb question really because it's obvious what the answer is!
I can't decide if I should remove my request for a LCW/LCWRA reassessment or not. I found another thread on this but it still wasn't clear to me.
Thank you
Lottie

Yes, you can work with LCWRA and lots of people do too, it's more about if what you do contradicts what you claim for. See the LCWRA criteria below:
