What is a reasonable adjustment ?
I currently work in a railway ticket office. As you may know the government wants to close all the ticket offices down and make everyone multi skilled platform staff. My problem is due to my health condition I am unable to work on platforms or stand for long periods of time. This has been confirmed by OH. I still have quite a few years of work in me but I am not young. What would be classed as a reasonable adjustment ? I am concerned in case they try and make me redundant or medically unfit to work.
