Privacy setting problem

My settings changed yesterday evening altho I'd changed nothing. My profile was set to private, but now it's not. Would you help to sort this please.

    Can you tell me where you saw that your settings had changed or how you learned your profile was no longer private? Any additional information will help at this point!

    Hi again @chiarieds, I've just checked and your profile is still private, but I've spotted my profile now displays when I'm online (when this status used to be hidden), is this what you mean about yours?

    Hi @Adrian_Scope - I noticed last night that my profile shows that I'm online, where it didn't used to. I then clicked on my profile & normally it shows as 'private', but no longer seemed to do so. None of my settings had changed, or been changed by myself. Thank you for checking for me.

    I also have this same problem and i'm not happy about it. I've ticked the box saying not to show my online status and it never used to show me as online but now it does. Oddly it doesn't show anyone online when you click on an actual thread so there must be issues with it.

    Good morning.
    I have passed this on to our provider who have said it is a known issue that they are working on. The ability to hide online status was only introduced when we last re-themed but I know it is an option many members enjoy, so we are trying to get it fixed as soon as possible.
